I love repeat business and lately I’ve had a lot of it. Good sign! They say it takes about 1/5 of the effort to simply keep clients as opposed to seeking out new ones. Speaking of repeat business, I now have customer feedback forms so I can find what the clients see as my weak points. I want to genuinely improve on all aspects of the process for any given client. Without further delay… here’s what I snapped in the park.

Corbin Watkins did a ‘musical novel,’ which I think is a novel idea! He took 30 days and wrote thirty songs. One song per day beginning june 25, 2009. His promotion was called, “30 Days and 30 Nights at Sea.” He told the story of The Armageddon, her crew, and their final voyage in 1779. Take a look at his novel here at http://corbinw.com (Watch Evangeline, It’s my favorite song!)
