David and Jordyn Sorrell

One of the things people say a lot about my photography (wedding especially) is my use of color.  For this wedding I was on cloud nine when it came to their color choice – bright yellow.  All day the color just popped out and so did all the fun times.  From puddle jumping with the bridesmaids to an impromptu “America’s Next Top (bride) Model” fashion walk the day was packed with awesomeness.  I would have to say that this wedding is an example of the weather playing tricks on an unfortunate couple.  Their original reception location got rained out the night before and they booked their new reception location, the Pierson Air Museum. All things considered, the timing was a Godsend as the clouds parted ways RIGHT before the ceremony.  It was almost angelic.  Take a look at this fun day:

Hi!
Came back to see your new wedding gallery and, boy,..what a treat! You were right about the color, but it wasn’t just the color that made these shots great. You captured such a sense of fun and joy on their wedding day. Love your angles, the lenses chosen and your eye for taking it all in ! Great gallery of photos…the bride and groom will treasure these memories forever!
Great shooting!
Hillary

Thank you Hilary!

I have another wedding today which I am now even more excited to shoot. It is always great to have another photographer see and apreciate the art. You have now made my day. :-)
