5:00pm – I rush to Pro Photo Supply in Portland to return a PocketWizard that I thought was malfunctioning.
6:15pm – I rush to my friend’s (Garridan, of Camiga Studios) house to borrow some lights.
7:00pm – I arrive at the studio 30 minutes before the shoot with NO lights setup or metered yet! I enter through the first door only to find that the key doesn’t work on the second door.
7:05pm – After 5 minutes of the alarm sounding the Vancouver Police Department shows up. THAT was a little awkward.
7:10pm – I have to bust through the second door, breaking some molding. I begin setting up 4 lights, a reflector, a background, 4 pocket wizards and some slave triggers! I was rushing!
7:29pm – I take my first meter reading, make some adjustments to the single 580 exII being used as a background light. Tyler calls, I had accidentally sent him 10 blocks down… oops.
7:45pm – shooting begins.

As you can see, some photoshop needed to happen!

Here is the one they selected (out of 250+) for their Save The Date selection. They will be printing 225 of these bad boys to send out to guests.

Near the end I love playing a game I coined as the “Say Anything Game.” It includes me basically “saying anything” in a storyline setting and capturing their reaction. I believe for this one was the point at which Courtney farted while at the alter. By the way… the “Say Anything Game” always includes a farting bit.

Oh… Isn’t this always the case for us guys… pockets empty for the ladies.
